Administration of video streaming and video download services for PTC Sp. z o.o.

At the beginning of 2009, Propolis Media Sp. z o.o. won a tender organised by PTC Sp. z o.o. regarding video services administration. Our responsibilities include:

• Diversification of content offer
• Creation of categories and subcategories
• Designing layouts of websites and WAP pages
• Analysis of the correctness of technical content prepared by individual suppliers  
• Adding content to operator’s sales platforms  
• Creating and planning marketing actions and their quantitative and qualitative analysis  
• Periodical and ordered reports
• On-going monitoring of the market for video streaming and video download services
• Tests of sales platforms, implementation of new functionalities of video services
• Reporting for content suppliers and organisations for collective administration of copyright and related rights.

Our main goal is to increase sales of video content in the services of PTC Sp. z o.o. and to make the operator’s content offer more attractive. For the purposes of video services of PTC Sp. z o.o. we have acquired the following content: information and entertainment programmes broadcast by TVN, TVN 24 and TVN Turbo, programmes broadcast by MTV and VIVA , series and programmes broadcast by TVP S.A.

TVP S.A.

Propolis Media is the first company to conclude an agreement with TVP S.A. for supply of content in the form of video files for video streaming services maintained by mobile telephony operators. The first productions implemented for distribution include:

• “M jak Miłość”
• “Ranczo”
• ”Pitbull”
• “Londyńczycy”
• “Wojciech Cejrowski – Boso przez świat”

In 2010 we plan to distribute more than ten other productions owned or held by TVP S.A. and to create websites and WAP centres dedicated to TVP S.A. productions for the purposes of services of mobile telephony operators.

Doda Mobile

In 2008, we created a project called Doda Mobile in cooperation with Sirocco Mobile Sp. z o.o. This was the first such large project involving mobile services implemented in cooperation with the Polish artist Dorota Rabczewska. The project involved a wide range of mobile and Internet services. In cooperation with the artist, we created a dedicated website www.dodamobile.com. We produced a wide portfolio of mobile content (e.g. Java games and applications, wallpapers, Mskins, True Tones). The project included short films from the artist’s private collection showing her first artistic achievements, which was a very interesting feature. We organised many competitions based on SMS Premium communication. Within the framework of promotion and marketing of content, we produced TV commercials which were broadcasted by MTV Networks Polska Sp. z o.o. and TVP S.A..
The purpose of the project was to reach the target group and advertise the new image of Dorota Rabczewska “Doda“. The Doda Mobile project was praised and thoughtfully commented on by websites and the press, as well as entertainment TV programmes. The artist herself was also engaged in promotion of the project from the very beginning.
